CourtReady exists because family court demands real-life perspective and also skills that almost no single profession provides.

Law alone isn’t enough.

Psychology alone isn’t enough.

Strategy without procedure fails.

Procedure without judgment collapses.

So we built a team that blends intelligence, law, psychology, and court operations — deliberately.

What Makes CourtReady Different

We are not a law firm. We do not represent clients directly. And we are not bound by the same professional constraints — and that matters when it comes to strategy.

That allows us to do the work that actually determines outcomes:

> deep preparation

     > disciplined analysis

     > sequencing that courts understand

     > restraint that protects credibility

This team exists because no single background is sufficient for high-conflict family court.

Andrew — Strategy & Intelligence

Senior Litigation Strategist

Andrew brings a rare combination of legal strategy and private-sector intelligence experience.

Holding a DClinPsych from a top Irish university, he spent nearly a decade working in an intelligence capacity for a leading government contractor, focused on:

     > pattern recognition

     > behavioral analysis

     > structured decision-making under pressure

At CourtReady, Andrew applies that discipline to family court realities — helping clients understand their position, identify risk, and avoid the common mistakes that quietly destroy credibility.

This is not about predicting outcomes. It’s about seeing clearly and acting deliberately. Find Out More

Lee — Litigation Reality

Senior Legal Advisor

With over 20 years of experience in criminal and family law litigation, Lee understands how courts actually evaluate cases — not how people think they do.

He knows:

     > what judges focus on

     > what they ignore

     > and what damages credibility without anyone saying it out loud

Lee ensures that CourtReady’s work aligns with how decisions are really made, not how litigants wish they were.

Sara — Strategic Framing

Legal Advisor

Sarah holds a JD from Columbia and has worked inside local courts and advocacy organizations.

She understands both:

     > legal argument

     > and the human cost of not being heard

At CourtReady, Sarah focuses on strategic framing — helping clients present their truth clearly, accurately, and without self-sabotage.

She doesn’t soften reality. She makes it legible.

Mia — Advocacy & Execution

Legal Advisor

Mia holds a JD from UC and has spent most of her career in advocacy roles.

She understands the gap between:

     > what clients feel they need to do

     > and what actually moves a case forward

Mia ensures effort is focused where it matters — not wasted on actions that feel productive but fail under court scrutiny.

Kate — Communication & Triage

Intake & Communications Liaison

Kate holds a PsyD and serves as the frontline for CourtReady’s communications.

Direct by nature and intolerant of confusion, she excels at:

     > triaging urgency

     > identifying risk

     > routing clients to the right next step quickly

Kate understands how trauma, stress, and neurodivergence show up in communication — and how to cut through that without dismissing it.

Why This Team Exists

Your case is being heard in an ecosystem where logic overrules emotion despite reality.

Family court punishes:

     > chaos

     > overreach

     > ideology

     > and emotional decision-making

CourtReady exists to counter that with:

     > clarity

     > structure

     > discipline

     > restraint

Nothing about this team is accidental.

We are survivors who became the protectors we needed all along.

Everyone at CourtReady is a survivor of domestic violence or abuse. We understand what most people have the privilege of never imagining. We want you to know that we're here for you and you don't have to live in silence or suffering anymore.

Final Word

We are not here to reassure you. We are here to help you stop losing ground.

CourtReady sits at the intersection of intelligence, law, psychology, and procedure — because that’s where family court actually operates.

If that resonates, reach out to us. If it doesn’t, we are not the right service.
