How CourtReady Works
Family court punishes guessing and rewards structure.
CourtReady exists to move cases forward deliberately — one contained step at a time — before the record sets and options narrow.

Below are the steps that each case goes through from Orientation to Ongoing Support.

Or, if you already know what you want:
Orientation
This process starts with a short orientation call and allows us to make sure we're aligned before moving forward.

We won't re-litigate prior issues or give legal advice of any kind but we will make sure the path forward is real -- not reactive.

>
Case Review
We'll start working on your case. You'll be able to stop guessing and start moving deliberately.
We'll review case background and posture with you. We'll identify risks and formulate our court strategy. You'll have clear next steps and know what not to do.

>
Case Preparation
Evidence is collected, analyzed, and sequenced into curated exhibit lists. All filings are drafted.
We'll handle drafting and organization. You'll review, approve and sign. Filing structure and timing is determined based on how cases flow through the court.

Filing & Service
This is the turning point for many cases. All documents are filed with the court and out for service on the opposing party.

This is when structure replaces chaos on the record and judicial framing changes. You'll be correctly positioned in front of the court and demonstrating that

>
Court Coaching
We'll make sure that you are fully prepared to present your filing to the court at your hearing.
Walk into court confident instead of reactive. We'll make sure you understand how the hearing will run and how to avoid unforced errors in the courtroom.

>
Ongoing Support
Most people have already changed the trajectory of their case by now and are confidently moving forward.
That doesn't mean that we're not hear for you, though. If there are additional filings, strategy quetions, or you need help with what to do next, we're here for you.

Structure Wins Cases, Not Chaos.
Family court does not reward effort, morality, or how much someone has been through.
It rewards structure, timing, strategy, and clarity. This is our specialty.

CourtReady exists to help parents translate real-life chaos into filings, evidence, and strategy the court can actually act on — before the record gets set and options narrow.

What you need to know:

> We work exclusively within the family court system.*
> We are not a law firm. If you need a lawyer, we'll tell you right away.
> We are intentionally priced at a fraction of traditional representation.

What we focus on are the parts of cases that quietly determine outcomes long before a hearing ever starts:

> how things are framed
> when they’re filed
> and whether the court can use what’s presented

This is a process, not a one-off conversation.

Each step flows into the next so decisions are made deliberately instead of reactively.
CourtReady operates exclusively within state family court systems. We do not provide services related to federal, military, supreme, criminal, traffic, juvenile, or other non-family law courts. Services are focused on procedural guidance, case strategy, document preparation and support, evidence organization, and case-readiness assistance. CourtReady idoes not provide legal advice or represent you directly. All transactions are subject to our Terms & Conditions.
What We Help With
We work with parents navigating real, high-stakes family court situations, including:

Domestic Violence Protection Orders (DVPOs)
Clarifying what the court is actually deciding, organizing evidence, and drafting declarations the court can legally rely on.
High-Conflict Co-Parenting
Containing chaos, stopping reactive damage, and presenting clean, organized records that expose patterns over time.
Parenting Plans & Modifications
Helping parents frame changes in a way the court can grant — instead of arguing what feels fair.
Enforcement & Compliance Issues
Clarifying what’s enforceable, what isn’t, and how to move forward without escalating risk.

If your situation feels overwhelming, that’s normal.
Most people come to us in the middle of confusion, urgency, or exhaustion.
Our job isn’t to judge that.
It’s to contain it so we can be effective together.
Who CourtReady Is For
CourtReady works with parents who are proactive.

These parents understand that protecting themselves or their children — or securing meaningful time with them — requires an investment of time, attention, and money.

We are not here to help parents or individuals who:
> justify inaction by blaming their finances
> have vague plans to “figure it out later
> prolong dangerous situations due to inaction
> need to be convinced to take action

If your next court date is approaching, waiting is not neutral.
It’s a decision that will be used against you by the opposing party.

We work with parents who are ready to engage deliberately.

If waiting feels safer than acting, CourtReady is not the right service.

Orientation
This is the first step in our process.
The purpose of this call is alignment.

We use this short, focused call to:

> orient you to how family court actually works
> understand where your case currently sits
> identify upcoming court dates or deadlines
> clarify the outcome you’re seeking
> determine what action would be required to possibly achieve it

You don’t need to convince us the situation is difficult.
If you’re here, we already understand that.

This is not:

> therapy
> a strategy session
> a place to relive every detail.

This is the cornerstone of a new frame where clarity and effect take precedence.
Orientation Call
5–30 minutes | Free
This is a structured call allows us to explore the high-level facts of your case.
You leave knowing what your next steps are with CourtReady and the realities of family court.

Client Action Items:
Why a Case Review Matters
Family court punishes guessing.

The Case Review & Alignment Session is the second step in our process and exists so you don’t waste weeks — or months — filing the wrong thing, at the wrong time, in the wrong way.

This working session often saves significant time later by:

> clarifying what actually matters next
> preventing unnecessary or harmful filings
> narrowing focus to what the court can act on
> creating a clean path forward

This is where clarity and effect combine with strategy and timing.
Case Review & Alignment Session
30–45 minutes | $149
This is a structured working session divided into four parts:

1. Background and procedural posture
2. Case-specific details that matter to the court
3. Clear recommended next steps
4. All costs outlined

You leave knowing what to do — and what not to do.

Client Action Items:
From Orientation to Hearing
Once a path forward is clear, CourtReady supports the work that actually moves cases:

> evidence collection and organization
> background & intelligence investigations
> co-litigant psychological profiling
> declarations that tell clients' truth
All converging to create motions, parenting plans, protection orders, and supporting documents that help regain control over cases.
In most cases:
> we handle drafting and organization
> you review and approve
> you sign
> filing is either completed or clearly guided
In any case, nothing moves forward without your approval.
This is where structure replaces chaos.
Before the Hearing
Court is stressful — especially when you don’t know what to expect.

We offer short court-coaching sessions to help you:

> understand how the hearing will actually run
> know what matters and what doesn’t
> avoid unforced errors in the room
> know what to say — and what to avoid

When you have CourtReady you never have to go to court alone again.
The Point of All This
CourtReady exists for one reason:

To prevent people from losing control of their case before they ever step into a courtroom.
Structure doesn’t guarantee an outcome.
But chaos almost guarantees a bad one.
If you’re ready to slow things down just enough to get oriented, we can help.
