These Terms govern your use of courtready.co and all services provided by CourtReady (“CourtReady,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

CourtReady provides document support, including:

Draft declarations
Evidence summaries
Timelines
Exhibit organization
Emergency motion drafts
PDF bundling and formatting

CourtReady is NOT a law firm and does NOT provide:

Legal representation
Legal advice
Case strategy
Court filing
Court appearances
Interpretation of laws or rights

You are responsible for reviewing, approving, and filing all documents.

CourtReady provides administrative and organizational assistance only.

2. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Using CourtReady does not create an attorney-client relationship.
All work is provided by non-lawyers.
If you need legal advice, you must consult a licensed attorney.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information
Review and approve all documents before use
Ensure documents comply with local court rules
File documents with the court yourself
Meet your own deadlines
Not upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content
Not misuse services to harass, stalk, or intimidate others

CourtReady is not responsible for court outcomes or judicial decisions.

4. Confidentiality

CourtReady maintains strict confidentiality.
However, because we are not attorneys, communications are not protected by attorney-client privilege.

We still treat your information with the highest privacy standards (see Privacy Policy).

5. Payments & Refunds

All sales are final due to the custom nature of our work.
Refunds may be issued only if no work has begun.

If you miss your deadline, do not follow instructions, or fail to provide required materials, refunds are not available.

6. Turnaround Times

Turnaround times (including same-day service) depend on:

Volume of evidence
Complexity of materials
Court deadlines
Required revisions

We will make reasonable efforts to meet urgent needs, but cannot guarantee timing.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Share access to the service with unauthorized users
Use CourtReady to harm, threaten, or retaliate against others
Submit fraudulent or fabricated evidence

We may terminate service for misuse.

8. Limitation of Liability

CourtReady is not liable for:

Court outcomes
Judicial decisions
Missed deadlines
Filing errors
Consequences of using documents
Lost, erased, or corrupted user data
Technical issues beyond our control

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CourtReady harmless from any claims arising from:

Your misuse of documents
False information you provide
Court actions or rulings
Violations of these Terms

10. Termination

We may refuse service or terminate access at any time for:

Abuse
Threatening behavior
Fraud
Misuse of services
Harassment of staff

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
